Handmade square tinplate steel cake-cutting rings. Available in 5” to 8” sizes. Actual size is ½” less than the standard sizing to allow for ganache or buttercream coatings using your ganache boards to level and even. Revolutionary in helping speed up the process in the kitchen. We are so excited to bring these to you, fully handmade, reusable and designed with strength, so no more floppy, weak cutters. Over 2” high and with a safety edge! These rings eliminate the need to crumb coat and trim the cakes hard edges/sides, freehand. Simply torte your cake to desired thickness layer/s and trim using your cake ring! It’s as easy as that! Fill your layers, stack and begin your coating processes, without ever having to trim again afterwards using a knife and trying to get it square.

IMPORTANT – Care for your cake rings. Do not immerse in water and leave wet as they will tarnish. Clean using a damp cloth, then dry with towel. Ensure your cake rings are completely dry and these will last forever. To keep them looking new, oil cutters with cooking oil or butter. Store in air tight container or in dry location.

The sizes are 1/2” smaller than the standard size to give you the perfect amount for buttercream or ganache. Plus to remove any crusty edges make a clean straight cut -save time in the kitchen
