Flower pick or nail

Buttercream flower pick/nail. 4cm diameter (1.5″) Perfect for creating your favourite flowers using buttercream or stiff royal icing, with the ability to easily spin it in your fingers to get the right looks and angles for each petal.

Instructions: place a small dob of buttercream or royal icing on your pick and place a square of baking paper on top covering the entire head. Then pipe on your flower. You can then easily remove and place aside to set. Alternatively, without using baking paper, carefully use a spatula or scissors to slide off nail.
